Two men shot during fight in parking lot
Authorities in Fayetteville investigating shooting on Eastern Blvd.

FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- Authorities in Fayetteville are investigating a shooting that injured two men early Friday morning.

Just before 1 a.m., police were called to the Advance Auto Parts on N. Eastern Boulevard about a shooting.

When officers arrived, they learned two men had been shot during a fight in the parking lot.

The pair were seriously injured and taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in unknown condition, according to police. Their names have not been released.

Officials said the victims were shot by unknown suspects. It is unclear what sparked the altercation.

The investigation is ongoing at this time.
