K-9 unit attacked during SWAT standoff

MESA, AZ -- During a SWAT standoff in Mesa, Arizona, a man holed up in a home and set his dogs loose.

The dogs attacked a K-9 unit, leading officers to shoot and kill one of the dogs.

The officers' K-9 suffered a couple of bites but kept doing its job until the suspect surrendered.
