Raleigh 12-year-old making a racket in the tennis world

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Victor Lilov wasn't born with a tennis racket in his hand...but it was close.

The 12-year-old Raleigh boy first started working on his western grip at age 2. Ten years later, he's making a big racket on the national scene.
