WAKE FOREST, NC (WTVD) -- On Saturday, August 27, Hasentree Golf Club in Wake Forest will host the first of a series of concerts that will raise money for the Holt Brothers Foundation. It's called Concerts Fore a Cause and will feature some of the area's top bands.

The event is being sponsored by Toll Brothers, a luxury home builder. Toll Brothers has invited a variety of food trucks for attendees to enjoy, including Sarge's Chef on Wheels, Chirba Chirba, Sweetwater Ices and more. In addition, Hasentree's own, The Tavern at Oak will serve wine, beer and samples of their classic cuisine. Children will have the opportunity to play games, watch a magic show, be entertained by a balloon artist or have their face painted. There will even be a social media scavenger hunt.

Former NC State and NFL football players Torry and Terrence Holt founded the Holt Brothers Foundation in memory of their mother who passed away from cancer. Having grown up with a parent fighting cancer, they understand the difficult struggles children face. The foundation's goal is to help provide education, emotional support, peer empathy and inspiration to children growing up with a parent dealing with a cancer diagnoses. Both Torry and Terrence will attend the concert and meet and mingle with attendees.

Concerts Fore a Cause is from 6pm to 9pm on the driving range at Hasentree Golf Club in Wake Forest. Tickets will be $20 per car.
