Car flips near Durham Freeway, driver unhurt

DURHAM (WTVD) -- A bad crash Wednesday night left a car upside down but the driver unhurt.

It happened on Vickers Avenue near the Durham Freeway.

The car somehow flipped, smashing the windshield.

The driver wasn't injured.

Durham police are investigating how it happened.

There was no immediate word on whether any charges will be filed.
