NC State swimmer Ryan Held helped Team USA win Olympic swimming gold in Rio.

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Wolfpack gold medalist Ryan Held said he's only watched one replay of his 4x100 swimming relay win in Rio, but that he hopes to return to the Olympics the next trip around.

Held spoke to the media Friday at the Murphy Center on NC State's campus, where he's entering his sophomore year.

Held swam the third leg of Team USA's 4x100 freestyle relay that won gold in Rio with Caeleb Dressel, Michael Phelps and Nathan Adrian.
