The ACC said Tuesday that tickets will be refunded for the football championship game originally scheduled in Charlotte.

The ACC Council of Presidents voted Sept. 14 to relocate the league's neutral site championships from North Carolina until the state repeals the controversial HB2 law. HB2 is criticized for being discriminatory towards LGBT people.

The ACC said they will announce the new location of the game at another time, but date of the championship remains the same - Dec. 3.

Refunds will also be granted for any previously purchased tickets to the ACC Night of Legends and the ACC Champions Tailgate, and to those who registered for the ACC Fan 5K and Kids Mascot Run.

Fans may call (336) 701-1420 with additional questions and concerns regarding ticket purchases.
