Virginia man arrested in Raeford child sexual assault

RAEFORD (WTVD) -- A man wanted in a May incident concerning a sexual assault on a child in Hoke County was arrested Tuesday in Virginia.

Henry Louis McNeill, 65, was arrested in Hampton, Va., and extradited to Hoke County, the Hoke County Sheriff's Office said.

The alleged incident involved a juvenile girl and happened on Overton Road in Raeford on May 12.

McNeill is charged with two counts of indecent liberties with a child.

McNeill is being held in the Hoke County Detention Center on a $15,000 secured bond.
