BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (WTVD) -- A gas station in Buncombe County, N.C. recently sold a woman a $1 million scratch-off lottery ticket ... and she's not the first one to hit the jackpot this year.

According to the lottery commission, three $1 million winners bought their tickets at the Suttles Quik Mart on Newfound Road in Leicester, WLOS reports.

The winners all played different games, though, according to the store's clerk.

"I think Ingles here, that hit a million, and another store down the road that hit a million," Sara, a store clerk, told WLOS. "Just kind of wondering if any other store's had that kind of luck of three."

The lottery commission has not said whether other businesses have had as many as three winners in one year.
