Man fatally shot outside Durham apartment complex
DURHAM, North Carolina (WTVD) -- A man was fatally shot Wednesday night on Hudson Avenue at Bay Creek Apartments in Durham.
An ABC11 crew at the scene said the shooting appeared to have happened outside the apartments, near some parked cars in front of Building E.

Officers responded to a shooting call at 1309 Hudson Avenue shortly after 7 p.m. When they arrived, they found 28-year-old Eric Russell Oliver of Durham shot in the parking lot.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Durham police are investigating the case as a homicide.
No arrests have been made, police said. The case remains under investigation.
