Man shot in southeast Raleigh

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- The Raleigh Police Department is investigating a shooting in the 700 block of Lunar Drive, north of I-40 and east of Rock Quarry Road.

Police said the male victim was taken to the hospital in a private vehicle with serious injuries that do not appear to be life-threatening.

Two houses were also hit by the gunfire.

The suspect left the area in a black car.
