Politifact: What will happen to NC premiums if Obamacare replaced?

RALEIGH -- One of the Republicans key to the passage of a House plan to replace Obamacare was North Carolina Rep. Ted Budd.

In voting for it, he said the plan will "significantly reduce insurance premiums in our state, and help put the individual insurance marketplace on a more sound financial footing."

Politifact North Carolina took a look at that claim and labelled it "half-true".
