Cary man facing child rape charges

CARY, North Carolina (WTVD) -- A Cary man is facing charges in connection with the rape of a child.

Authorities say 37-year-old John Parulski was charged with statutory rape of a child by an adult, statutory sex offense with a child by an adult and indecent liberties with a child.

Officials aren't revealing any details about his relationship with the alleged victim.

He is being held at the Wake County Detention Center.
