ZEBULON, North Carolina (WTVD) -- Police say they suspect a medical problem may have led to a crash Thursday evening.

Investigators said 66-year-old Robert Wayne Privette of Wendell was headed east on Green Pace Road when his Jeep Grand Cherokee crossed the center line and hit a fire hydrant before flipping over several times.

Privette was pronounced dead at WakeMed. There was no one else in the vehicle. Neither speed or alcohol is suspected.
