Durham Police investigate after drive-by shooting

DURHAM, North Carolina (WTVD) -- Durham Police are investigating after a man was shot in an apparent drive-by incident.

It happened Saturday shortly before 3 p.m. at the Magnolia Pointe Apartments on Danube Lane.

The victim was taken to a hospital.

Police said the victim did not appear to sustain life-threatening injuries.

No arrests have been made.

The case remains under investigation.
