Durham man suffers serious injuries from multiple gunshots

DURHAM, North Carolina (WTVD) -- A 45-year-old Durham man sustained serious injuries from multiple gunshot wounds Tuesday night.

The Durham Police Department is investigating following the shooting that happened in the 1400 block of Humphrey Street shortly before 10:45 p.m.

The victim was taken by ambulance to a hospital. His condition is not immediately known.

No suspects are in custody, police said.

Police continue to investigate.
