Pedestrian injured in Brier Creek hit-and-run

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Raleigh police are investigating after a pedestrian was injured during a hit-and-run.

Officers said the incident happened around 5:45 Saturday evening near Brier Creek Parkway and Brier Leaf Lane.

One victim, an unidentified male, was transported to Duke Univesity Hospital and is in stable condition.

Officers are trying to get more information about the suspect and their vehicle.

Police and EMS responded.
