Car crash closes westbound lane of I-40 near Hillsborough

ORANGE COUNTY (WTVD) -- A car crash closed the westbound lane of I-40 near I-85 in Orange County, near the Hillsborough area Saturday evening.

Officials said the incident happened just before 4 p.m.

The lane reopened around 6 p.m.

Authorities did not comment on what caused the accident.
