Traffic cones lined the entrance of the Crown Complex's packed parking lot and fans filled the place up to see the country music singer.

Amanda Walters and Jessica Ramirez bought tickets this week, just days after the Las Vegas tragedy left 58 concertgoers dead and more than 500 injured. These two and many others who attended the concert felt unsure whether they should attend.

"My mom and my mother-in-law were like, are you sure you want to go?" said Molly Sanchez. "Are you sure you aren't second-guessing it?"

On Friday, the Crown Complex beefed up security measures that consisted of checks at the gate. Patrons were asked to arrive early.

"Anything can happen out here, but I didn't want it to stop us from having a good time," said Amy Kulac.

Deputies and officers were on the scene as well as parking lot patrol.

"There's no reason to take a risk with people's lives, safety and security," said Trish Joyce. "I'm thankful for it."
