RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Thousands of people will be celebrating all things Irish and Celtic in downtown Raleigh this weekend.
The annual St. Patrick's Day Parade and Festival will take place Saturday, March 17. The parade starts at 10am and features hundreds of entries.
