Cary to kick off first-ever film festival

CARY, N.C. (WTVD) -- A new film festival is kicking off Wednesday in the town of Cary.
BEYOND: The Film Festival is centered around short films embodying hometown stories.
There will be films to screen as well as a competition.

Tickets range from $9 for an individual session, $30 for a Friday pass, or $90 for a full-session pass.
Tickets can be purchased online.
The event runs from June 13 through 17.
