Baby shot during Fayetteville murder-suicide doing well
FAYETTEVILLE, NC (WTVD) -- A 2-month-old Fayetteville boy, who was shot during an apparent murder-suicide last week, is doing well at the hospital.
Family members have shared new photos of baby King. He is off a ventilator and feeding tube and is eating on his own.
The infant was shot in the chest last Wednesday.

Police say King's mother, 32-year-old Jessica Parker was in the midst of moving out of her home on Cumberland Road Wednesday night when her boyfriend, 35-year-old Sherell McNeill, killed her, shot the baby, and then turned the gun on himself.

Authorities said there was some sort of argument between Parker and McNeill before the shooting.
King was not McNeill's child, but the couple had two other children, ages 8 and 9.
Funeral services for Parker are set for Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Colvin Home Chapel in Fayetteville.
