California neighborhood receives possible KKK flyers on lawns

WHITTIER, Calif. -- A California neighborhood received plastic bags containing racist propaganda possibly from the Ku Klux Klan Sunday morning.

One resident in the 5400 block of Adele Avenue said she woke up in the morning to find the plastic bag with a flier from the Loyal White Knights of the Ku Klux Klan on her lawn. The bag also contained candy and rocks.

Authorities were notified shortly before 6:30 a.m.

Other neighbors said they received the bags, and most claim they will throw it away.

"We don't appreciate that kind of stuff around here. I know my neighbors feel the exact same way as I do," resident Marcelo Infusino said.

Authorities are investigating the incident, but the incident is not considered a crime.
