Car lands in Durham country club

DURHAM (WTVD) -- A woman was hospitalized Christmas Eve when her car slammed through the front window of a Durham country club.

Pictures from the scene showed her car sticking out of the side of the Hope Valley Country Club building.

It happened just before 6 a.m.

Police said they weren't sure what caused the driver to lose control as the speed limit on the street is just 25 miles per hour.
