Cigarette bandit bites clerk, gets away

A cigarette bandit in Texas was captured on video going to extremes to make his getaway.

The video shows the man walking behind the store counter, swiping the cigarettes before heading for the exit.

Before he can walk out, however, a female store clerk tries to stop him. That's when police say he punched her in the face.

A second store clerk attempted to stop the man but was bitten by the suspect before he threw her to the ground and got away.

Both clerks are expected to be ok.
