CLAYTON, N.C. (WTVD) -- A man was stabbed to death late Saturday night in Clayton.
Police said it happened around 10 p.m. behind a convenience store in the 200 block of East Main Street.
They said two men were arguing when 50-year-old Carlos Luis Rubio, of Clayton, was stabbed twice.
Rubio was rushed to WakeMed where he was later pronounced dead.
Jose Louis Ramirez Delgado, 53, of Clayton, was arrested Sunday morning after being found hiding under a warehouse.
Delgado is charged with homicide and is being held in the Johnston County Detention Center on no bond.
Clayton officials said this was the first homicide in the town in seven years.
