RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Some angry homeowners were shouting from their seats Tuesday before storming out of a meeting after a plan to build a grocery store in their neighborhood was approved.
However, they are vowing to keep fighting the project which would include a 29,000 sq. ft. Publix store.
As ABC11's Sheyenne Rodriguez reports, the plan will now have to before to city council for a vote.
