SPRING LAKE (WTVD) -- Authorities in Spring Lake are searching for a man they say threatened a gas station employee with a gun before running off with money.
The incident happened at 5:43 a.m. on Sunday, according to surveillance video from the Kangaroo Express at 1886 N. Bragg Blvd.
The video, released by authorities on Wednesday, shows an unidentified black man in his late 20s to early 30s, who is about 6'0 tall and 175 pounds.
The bearded man, wearing a t-shirt with Jordan written across it, is seen entering the store and leaving a short time later.
It's unclear how much money the suspect was able to steal.
Spring Lake police said Cumberland County's K-9 unit assisted with a search for the suspect, but they were not able to find him. They consider the man to be armed and dangerous.
