Durham Police respond after man shot on Sedgefield St.

DURHAM, North Carolina (WTVD) -- Durham Police are investigating after a man was shot late Monday night.

It happened after 10 p.m. on Sedgefield Street, off Guess Road.

Police released little information, other than confirming the victim had been shot outside of a house just north of Duke's East Campus. They did say the victim was uncooperative.

He was taken to the hospital by ambulance with what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries.

The case remains under investigation.
