Emergency crews respond to head-on collision in Fayetteville

FAYETTEVILLE -- Emergency crews responded to a serious crash in Fayetteville on Sunday evening.
It happened on Morganton Road near Sycamore Dairy Road.
Our crew on the scene said the cars hit nearly head-on. Firefighters used extrication equipment to pull one driver out of the car.
We're working to find out if anyone was hurt and what caused the accident.
