Fayetteville honors fallen K-9 soldiers

FAYETTEVILLE, North Carolina (WTVD) -- K-9 soldiers who lost their lives on the battlefield were also honored on Memorial Day.

The ceremony took place at the Airborne and Special Operations Museum.

People gathered to remember the dogs who escort troops into combat.
