Fire tears through Durham home

DURHAM (WTVD) -- A fire forced a Durham family from their home Sunday afternoon.

Fire crews were dispatched to a house in the 500 block of Nash Street. That's off Fayetteville Road.

Firefighters marched in wearing their heavy gear to douse the flames rising from the roof of the house.

It's unknown if anyone was inside at the time.
