Investigators rule Durham apartment fire arson

DURHAM (WTVD) -- Investigators have ruled an early morning apartment fire as arson.

Firefighters responded to Rosehill Avenue just after 7 a.m. on Thursday. They said a fire in the back bedroom of the apartment heavily damaged the room.

The rest of the apartment suffered smoke and heat damage. No one was injured.

No one has been arrested. Authorities have not said if there are any suspects.
