Man arrested in Durham after fatal Wilson shooting

WILSON, N.C. -- Wilson Police say they have made an arrest in a fatal shooting Sunday.
Investigators found 41-year-old Victor Rojas in the 1700-block of MLK Jr. Parkway after receiving a "subject had been shot" call around 6:30 p.m.
Monday, police announced that with the assistance of the Durham Police Department, 33-year-old Jose D. Lara-Zavala was captured in the 3700 block of Mt. Moriah Rd. in Durham.
He is charged with first-degree murder.
