Man charged in Moore County cold case murder

SOUTHERN PINES, N.C. (WTVD) -- The Moore County Sheriff's Office has made an arrest in a 2013 shooting death.

Martaveous Kelly, 27, of Southern Pines, was arrested Tuesday and charged with murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

He's is being held in the Moore County Detention Center without bond.

Police say the body of 28-year-old Sean McLean was found in June 2013.

Investigators said they expect to make more arrests.
