WILSON, NC (WTVD) -- Police say an arrest has been made in a holdup at a North Carolina State Employees Credit Union in Wilson where the robber wore a dreadlocks wig.

It happened Monday around 10:45 a.m.

The wig fell off while the man made his getaway on a bicycle and he was seen to actually have short cut hair.

The Wilson Police Department said Friday that 20-year-old Antonio D. Pitt of Lakeside Drive in Wilson is now charged with armed robbery.

Wilson police officers with the assistance of the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force, NC State Highway Patrol, and the Nash County Sheriff's Office arrested Pitt in a traffic stop along Interstate 95.
