Man found shot dead in Orange County

EFLAND, NC (WTVD) -- Orange County Sheriff's Office deputies are investigating a fatal shooting Monday at the Efland-Cheeks Community Center on Richmond Road off US 70.

Deputies got a call about gunshots in the area just after 2:30 p.m. When they arrived, they found 22-year-old Tevin Deshawn Kendrick lying next to a white car with the trunk open.
