Man seriously hurt in Fayetteville stabbing; woman arrested

FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- Fayetteville police are investigating a stabbing that sent a man to the hospital with serious injuries.

It happened around 10:50 p.m. Saturday in the parking lot of the 20/20 Food Mart in the 2100 block of Murchison Road. Police say they found a man there with a stab wound.

A woman was taken into custody.

Police have not released any names at this time.
