RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Raleigh police said the man was shot outside of the Raleigh Rescue Mission store Friday afternoon has died from his injuries.
The victim was identified as 31-year-old Rahim Cummings.
Police said officers responded to the call just before 5 p.m. in the 4600 block of Capital Boulevard.
Cummings was taken to WakeMed, where he died.
An official with the Raleigh Rescue Mission told ABC11 that no employees or customers were affected by the shooting.
The shooting took place in the parking lot.
