Missing 88-year-old Harnett County man found alive

HARNETT COUNTY, N.C. (WTVD) -- Authorities said a missing 88-year-old Harnett County man was found alive and alert Wednesday after he went missing for days.

A Silver Alert was issued for 88-year-old Lloyd Hall on Monday.

Hall was reported missing from his home on Live Oak Road in Coats, N.C. Authorities aggressively searched from both the ground and the air to find him.

According to officials, Hall is both hearing and vision impaired, and he walks with a cane.

Hall, a World War II veteran, also suffers from dementia and is borderline diabetic.

Hall was located Wednesday night and taken to a local hospital for evaluation.
