Firefighters rushed to help in California when a tree trimmer found himself in a precarious situation.

They freed the man who was hanging upside down and backward when first responders arrived.

He was put on a stretcher and taken to the hospital with back pain.

SHARK ENCOUNTER

Two fishermen in California had a close encounter they'll never forget and it was all caught on video.

The men were spear fishing last month off Anacapa Island when they spotted hammerhead shark.

They decided throw in some bait and jump in to swim with it! The men say the hammerhead was aggressive - of course - and tried to bite them. After a few minutes, they got back on their boat.

One of the men says despite the danger he'll dive in with sharks again.

SINKHOLE SWALLOWS CAR

Six families remain evacuated from their homes as a sinkhole in Holiday, Florida continues to grow.

The hole started off at about four feet, but quickly spread to 10-feet wide and 10-feet deep - swallowing a car in the process.

DONALD DUCK TRAFFIC STING

And finally, some drivers in New Jersey are crying "fowl" after a police sting that used Donald Duck as a decoy.

The person in the duck suit tried to cross the street, but none of the drivers would stop. It was all part of a safety program put on by police.

Authorities issued dozens of tickets to those drivers who failed to stop. One driver says she plans to fight the $230 ticket.
