CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (WTVD) -- The News and Observer reports two men charged with killing UNC-Chapel Hill professor Feng Liu last summer will not face the death penalty if convicted, Orange County District Attorney Jim Woodall said Wednesday in Superior Court.

Troy Arrington, 27, of Chapel Hill and Derick Davis II, 23, of Durham are charged with first-degree murder and armed robbery.
