Pedestrian struck, killed in Durham

DURHAM (WTVD) -- A pedestrian was struck and killed by a car Tuesday night on Old Oxford Road near Roxboro Street.

Police said the victim was hit by one car, and the force of the impact sent him into the path of another car in the opposite lane. He became pinned under the second vehicle.

There's no word yet on the victim's name, or if any charges will be filed.
