Police called to Raleigh McDonald's after reported armed robbery

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Authorities were called to a Raleigh McDonald's early Wednesday morning after a reported armed robbery.

The incident happened around 6 a.m. at the McDonald's in the 3000 block of Capital Boulevard at Trawick Road.

Video showed crime scene tape surrounding the restaurant as authorities investigate the incident.

The location was closed after the incident.
