Police: Man robbed Knightdale CVS for pills, narcotics

KNIGHTDALE, N.C. (WTVD) -- A man was caught on surveillance poaching pills from a CVS in Knightdale.

Authorities said the man walked into the drug store on Knightdale Boulevard around 9 p.m. on Wednesday.

Eyewitnesses say the suspect gave the pharmacist a note indicating he had a gun.

The man demanded narcotics and got away with the drugs.

No one was injured.
