Officers return stolen packages
It happened in Maryland

COLUMBIA, Maryland -- Police in Columbia, Maryland nabbed a couple of grinches and returned the packages they stole.

It happened Wednesday when someone reported two men driving a box truck around a neighborhood taking packages off porches.

Howard County police officers stopped the truck, arrested the men, and then drove around returning the 77 packages they'd taken.

The men are charged with theft.
