Puppy found with arrow through her neck in NC

MADISON COUNTY, N.C. (WTVD) -- Madison County, N.C. authorities are investigating after a puppy was found with an arrow through her neck.

The puppy, who is around 6 months old, was rushed to an animal hospital and underwent surgery.

She is expected to make a full recovery.

Animal control is now investigating if this was an accident or if it was deliberate.

The puppy has been named Grace, because rescuers said she was saved by grace.
