Arrest made in Fuquay-Varina shooting, another suspect sought

FUQUAY-VARINA, N.C. (WTVD) -- Fuquay-Varina police have made an arrest in connection with a shooting that happened in front of 109 Baytree Apartments at approximately 2:30 a.m. Friday.

The victim, 27-year-old Jerome Edward Fogg Jr., suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was taken to WakeMed where he was last listed in critical condition.

Police say 24-year-old Bruce Antonio Douglas has been charged with being an accessory after the fact to a felony. He was taken to the Wake County Jail.

Police are still searching for another suspect, 25-year-old Justin Deandre Bass.
