Son facing charges in parents' deaths

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WTVD) -- A Durham couple is dead and four people, including their own son, are charged with murder.

Alexander Turner, 23, made his first court appearance Monday in Myrtle Beach.

That's where police say he shot and killed his 52-year-old mother, Carrie, and his 61-year-old father, Steven over the weekend.

Chelsi Griffin, 19, is also charged with murder.

Two other people are facing charges of being an accessory after the fact.
