FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- Fayetteville police have identified one of the suspects in a chaotic home invasion last month in the 800 block Rembrandt Drive.

Police said it happened on March 26 around 11:15 p.m. Two masked suspects reportedly forced their way into the home, one armed with a pistol and the other with a shotgun.

The suspects held the occupants at gunpoint, forced them to move to different parts of the home, and demanded money. Police said the occupants struggled with the suspects, and the suspects discharged their weapons and fled the scene.

Police said the gunfire didn't injure anyone inside the home.

Detectives have identified 27-year-old Shakim Ravon Bazemore Young, of Branchwood Circle, as one of the suspects. Warrants for his arrest charge Young with first-degree burglary, robbery with a dangerous weapon, second-degree kidnapping, and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon.
